Major Focus Areas: Across the districts, primary activities included preparations for the 2026 Hurricane Season, planning for upcoming FIFA soccer events, and getting ready for the summer Field Day. -

Training & Operations: Members heavily utilized and tested WinLink (including P2P and Post Office modes) and Simplex frequencies, deployed EmComm command trailers for public demonstrations, and activated SKYWARN for severe thunderstorms. -

Public & Community Service: Operators assisted with local events such as the Fort Bend Expo, East 1488 CERT Emergency Preparedness Fair, Tour du Rouge Bike Ride, and the Milam County Memorial Day service. -

Infrastructure & Admin: Progress was made on local infrastructure, including partnering with local emergency services to build/update EOCs, adding new WinLink stations, renewing the stxares.org domain, and purging inactive members from the database.
